Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Location Data

We collect and process Location Data when a user is logged in as a Driver and actively providing delivery or transportation services within the app.

Types of Location Data Collected

• Precise Location (GPS)
• Approximate Location (network-based)
• Background Location (only when the driver is online and actively providing delivery services)

Purpose of Location Collection

We use location data for the following operational purposes:

• Real-time driver tracking for active orders
• Route optimization and navigation assistance
• Proof of delivery and trip verification
• Service quality, fraud prevention, and safety monitoring

Location data is not collected when a user is logged out, offline, or using a customer account.

User Control and Consent

• Drivers are required to grant location permission before going online.
• Drivers may disable location access at any time in device settings; however, doing so will prevent delivery and tracking functionality.
• The app displays a clear in-app prompt explaining background location usage before activation.

Data Retention

Location data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and regulatory purposes, typically up to 30 days, after which it is securely deleted unless required for legal or dispute resolution purposes.

Sharing and Disclosure

Location data may be shared with:

• Customers to track active deliveries
• Authorized company administrators (for fleet or order management)
• Legal authorities when required by law

Location data is not sold to advertisers or third-party marketing platforms.

Financial Information Policy

1. Types of Financial Information We Collect

Htun Pauk collects limited financial information solely for wallet operations within the app:

• Deposit amounts entered by the user
• Withdrawal amounts entered by the user
• User's bank account number for withdrawal requests
• Selected company bank account for deposit (not user data)
• Wallet balance
• Wallet transaction history (deposit, withdrawal, and adjustment records)

We do not store credit card numbers, online banking credentials, or any sensitive banking login information.

2. Purpose of Collecting Financial Information

We collect financial information to:

• Provide wallet deposit and withdrawal functionality
• Maintain accurate transaction history for your account
• Process withdrawal requests to your provided bank account
• Display available company bank accounts for deposits
