We collect and process Location Data when a user is logged in as a Driver and actively providing delivery or transportation services within the app.

- Background Location (only when the driver is online and actively providing delivery services)
Purpose of Location Collection
We use location data for the following operational purposes:
- Real-time driver tracking for active orders

Location data is not collected when a user is logged out, offline, or using a customer account.
User Control and Consent
- Drivers are required to grant location permission before going online.
- Drivers may disable location access at any time in device settings; however, doing so will prevent delivery and tracking functionality.
- The app displays a clear in-app prompt explaining background location usage before activation.
Data Retention

Financial Information Policy
1. Types of Financial Information We Collect
Htun Pauk collects limited financial information solely for wallet operations within the app:
- Deposit amounts entered by the user
- Withdrawal amounts entered by the user
- User's bank account number for withdrawal requests
- Selected company bank account for deposit (not user data)
- Wallet balance
- Wallet transaction history (deposit, withdrawal, and adjustment records)
We do not store credit card numbers, online banking credentials, or any sensitive banking login information.
